Shipping Policy

  • Delivery for all orders placed in Colombo (1-15) area will take between 1 to 2 working dates from the date of order placement. 
  • Delivery for all orders placed in Greater Colombo & suburbs area will take between 1 to 3 working dates from the date of order placement.
  • Delivery for all orders placed out of Greater Colombo area will take between 2 to 4 working days from the date of order placement.
  • Order deliveries within Colombo (1-15) area, suburbs or outstation will not be made on Sundays or Public Holidays.
  • Our delivery agent will contact you prior to delivery to inform about the delivery time.
  • All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Mackly Sleep we believe in creating a great online, hassle-free shopping experience for all our customers so that they love shopping with us as much as they love our products. So, if you ever have to make an exchange with us, we have an extremely convenient exchange policy for your benefit.

Step 1: Simply contact the Mackly Customer Care Team by writing an email to slsedaonline@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Step 2: Once your request is approved by our Customer Care Team, we will place an exchange order on your behalf and note the items to be sent in exchange.

Step 3: In case you’ve requested item(s) in exchange, our delivery agent will pick up exchange item(s) from your doorstep and deliver the fresh order.
 

In-case of exchange…​

  • Exchanges are done only within 7 days since the garment is purchased.
  • All items should be new, unused, and with all Mackly Sleep brand tags on the garment still attached. Items that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.
  • Basics (Inner-wear) cannot be exchanged.
  • The purchased item(s) are the customer’s responsibility until they reach the store. The company requests the customer to ensure that they’re packed up properly for exchange to avoid damage and tampering on their way to the store.
  • Item(s) can be exchanged for a different size, or an alternative product(s), subject to availability of stock by making a payment for the difference in price. If the new item’s value is less than the previous item’s value, the balance will not be refunded.
  • All exchange items will be inspected once we receive them before we can complete an exchange request. We try hard to accept all items returned to us and implement our exchange policy.
  • In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. In this case, you will not be entitled for an exchange.
  • An additional Rs.300 will be charged for every exchange order, which will take within 14 days after the request for an exchange has been placed.
  • Purchases made at the physical store cannot be exchanged online. These exchanges can only be done by visiting the store.
  • Sale items purchased online cannot be exchanged.
  • Orders made through our website cannot be picked up from the shop.
  • We do not provide cash backs or refunds.

​In-case of receiving a damaged item…​

  • In the event of receiving a damaged garment, the exchange will be done free of charge.
  • A request to replace a damaged item should be made within 3 days since receiving said item.
  • All damaged items will be inspected once we receive them before we can complete an exchange request to ensure if the garments are unworn/ unused despite of the damage.
  • The purchased item(s) are the customer’s responsibility until they reach the store. The company requests the customer to ensure that they’re packed up properly for exchange to avoid damage and tampering on their way to the store.
  • Item(s) can be exchanged for a different size, or an alternative product(s), subject to availability of stock by making a payment for the difference in price, or opt for a refund. If the new item’s value is less than the previous item’s value, the balance will not be refunded.
  • Purchases made at the physical store cannot be exchanged online. These exchanges can only be done by visiting the store.
  • Sale items purchased online cannot be exchanged.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
